User Support Help Desk provides assistance with:
- Lab and classroom computer support
- iPad/Laptop Carts
- Faculty/staff office computers
- Software Installation
- Projectors
- Smart Boards
- Faculty/Staff laptops provided by Chattanooga State
- Tablets/iPads provided by Chattanooga State
- Printers
- Password Assistance for Faculty/Staff
- Relocation of PC/Printer (Scheduled)
If your request is one that we do not directly handle we will make sure your request gets to the correct department so that your needs can be efficiently met. Please call us at 3375 so that we can assist with the needs of our campus community.
